Adjust Your Crown, Inc team volunteers come from similar backgrounds of some of the young women we service and can relate in several ways to serve as mentors. All mentors are CPR/ First Aid certified to ensure the health and safety of our young women.
Nadirah aspired to create Adjust Your Crown, Inc since 2017. She has a professional background in community corrections, mental health, Adult Probation & Parole in conjunction with Department of Corrections throughout Philadelphia, Pa. Nadirah was a high school and college womens' basketball standout at Willingboro High School and Cheyney University. She received her Bachelors Degree in Biology, and is currently working to receive her Masters in Crime Scene Investigation. Nadirah has dedicated many years of volunteer coaching and mentoring the young women of Rowan College of Burlington County Women's Basketball Teams, where she served as an Assistant Coach. Currently, Nadirah works with youth and families in crisis in Hudson County. She enjoys being a mother and spending time with family.

Cieola operates as the custodian of the orgnizations records and ensures all critical documents are safely stored, organized, and readily accessible to board/team members. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in Education. Currently, Cieola teaches for Irvington Public Schools and is an active PTA member. She has dedicated many years of volunteering in the community for Pop Warner Youth as a Team Mom and Youth President at New Bethel Baptist Church. Cieola has always been a resourceful contributor to the community and hopes to reflect those attributes in the organization.
Pricy Paul, born in Haiti and raised in New Jersey, is a dynamic force for positive change. A graduate from Montclair State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration & Entrepreneurship, Pricy channels her passion into meaningful projects. As Secretary of "Circles for Healing", she fosters empowerment and education in communities, while her "Who Am I To Lie" podcast encourages authenticity and growth. She's also the visionary behind "Nurturing Essentials By Paul", a business promoting hollistic wellness. Her dedication extends to tackling child hunger through an intership at Mary's Meals USA. Pricy's journey exemplifies how purpose-driven actions can inspire transformation in herself and others.
